Too much of a project for me. Even if it was worth restoring, it wouldn’t fit in my garage. 3/4 ton, 1 ton trucks unfortunately lay in this state more often than not. Parts are hard to come by, and if they weren’t it would still cost 2-3 times to restore than it will ever be worth.

They originally bought this as part of a package or as a parts truck I believe. Also the top tier restorations go for about $150k. However even they acknowledge that it's not worth restoring. As they say, wood hauler/ farm toy is all this can be. Actually with the PTO it's perfect for hauling and splitting wood.

I would at least go look at it if I was nearby. So much potential, and “non-restorable” is subjective. However, the seller seems to know what they are talking about...

I know the seller, they know very much what they are talking about. They bought this one and another one and are all together massive gear heads. Technically everything is restorable, but in this case it would take massive amounts of hand fabbing.
